We have an excellent opportunity for a
degree qualified experienced Mechanical/Electrical Design Engineer
to provide technical support to existing customers and look to
develop new business opportunities
within the US military community, especially the
US Navy
. This role will report into our Business Development Manager at our UK headquarters and it's expected to progressively take responsibility for all US technical support, sales and marketing activities working with our US Office in Washington DC. This is a great opportunity to be part of the WORLDWIDE Naval Defence and Marine Market!
The ideal candidate for this key role will be a US citizen and have experience of working within the US Navy's defence sector with knowledge of prime contractors and procurement processes. Knowledge and experience in mechanical/electrical engineered systems and naval defence products plus the ability to interact with engineers and senior military capability sponsors is key. Most of all the ability and experience to continue to develop the business based on the Company's engineering strengths and world class engineered products in the naval defence markets.
