Essential Functions:
Manages Accounts Payable staff including Accounts Payable Associate and Administrative staff Provides training and coaches staff on job responsibilities Review current policies and procedures and modify if necessary Structures and organizes the duties of staff for highest level of efficiency Monitors the consistency and volume of output of staff Ensures high degree of data entry accuracy is maintained by staff Verifies proper approvals are obtained on vendor bills prior to entry Performs reconciliations of vendor ledgers Maintains professionalism with vendor relations Prioritizes the handling of emergency payables Verifies accuracy of expense coding of vendor bills Works in tandem with Accounting staff on expense classifications Recognizes and ensure the correct coding and posting of prepaid expenses Demonstrates good communication skills Performs duties as a team player Computer Skills:
Demonstrates proficiency in:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
