We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to join our team as an Assistant Superintendent.

Full-time with on-call rotation (every other week) Compensation:
Starting at $19 per hour.

Your Role:
As our Assistant Superintendent, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and satisfaction of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintenance Expertise:
Showcase your skills in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs to ensure residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.
Tenant Relations:
Build positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
