December 2022 Job Objective The Human Resources Associate is an integral contributor to the Employee Relations Department.
The role has a major part in supporting the onboarding function.
Maintains and updates Excel spreadsheets, creates and generates reports, performs filing of documents, ongoing follow-up and monitoring of education and compliance with required vaccines, PPD's, health examinations, and I-9's.

Essential Job Functions 1.
Onboards new hires in an organized and expedient manner, including, offer letter preparation, background checks, reference checking, scheduling of physical and drug screen, validating required vaccination and I-9 documents, thorough completion of paperwork, data entry, file preparation, photos, time clock enrollment and set-up for new hire orientation.
2.
Keeps managers, recruiters and associated team members aware of the status of new hires moving through the onboarding process.
3.
Assists with new hire orientation and career fair preparation.
4.
Maintains logs for external and internal applicants 5.
Provides follow-up on vaccination completion, training and other documents requiring updating or renewal.
6.
Processes changes in status and report generation.
7.
Performs filing.
8.
Other related duties as assigned.
