Seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with an upbeat personality who is detail-oriented.
Must have a professional appearance and be able to work well on a team! Must have exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal communication, customer service and multi-tasking skills.
Play a key role in maintaining the stores' reputation and image while showing a strong desire to serve our client's needs.
Ideal candidates will have the ability to be flexible in a fast paced team-oriented work environment, are driven to succeed and learn.
Responsibilities:
Take payment from customers who are picking their vehicle up from service Assist customers in any aspect of conversation in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner while delivering a premium customer service experience Close and file repair orders Assist the service advisors with payments and paperwork Keep the front desk organized Keep the customer waiting area tidy and stocked Manage all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.
) when needed Answer the phones and schedule service appointments Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned Provide support to service / sales / parts staff and managers as needed Excellent problem solving and decision making skills Be dependable and punctual
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office One year previous receptionist experience is preferred One year previous cashiering experience is preferred High School Graduate or equivalent Must be at least 18-years-old Pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screen Bi-Lingual not required, but preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
