# Job Description
I. Job Summary (describe in 2-3 sentences the mission or purpose of this position):
This position is responsible for utilizing an extensive understanding of wealth management products, services and overall administrative processes and procedures to process transactions while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
II. Principal Responsibilities (identify 4-7 major categories of work):
Process wealth management transactions such as Pension/401K ,opening and closing accounts, DDA/TDA deposit/withdrawals, broker transfers, GL entries and bill payments, while adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements, including the appropriate legal documentation.
Serves as day-to-day contact for institutional custody clients providing guidance, directions and transaction processing.
Uses administrative and processing skills to assist with a wide range of department projects and provides cross-functional support as needed throughout the division.
Performs balancing and daily net settlement with the operations department. Prepares daily reconciliation for department operating account. Maintains and audits vault items.
Collects ticket work from department and faxes to operations department for daily processing.
Maintains all incoming and outgoing wire transfer activity.
Participates in special projects and supports the administrative team.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
# Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalency required.
1-3 years related experience required.

Behavioral/Technical Skills:
Strong PC skills are required, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet and internal software. Ability to learn specific programs as needed
Excellent written and verbal skills are needed to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed to manage and prioritize work in an efficient manner. Flexibility is needed to respond to multiple ad hoc assignments and projects in an accurate and timely manner.
Working knowledge of internal and external procedural, policy and compliance aspects of the products and services supported by the Trust Middle Office group
Ability to work with team and share knowledge and skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
