Career Citi is seeking an Office Coordinator / Administration Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for dealing with various clients over the phone and via email. Responsibilities:
Supporting Director/Executive level staff
Performs duties including but not limited to updating information in various Microsoft programs
general office tasks & special projects.
Job Requirements:
Must have experience using Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel).
Please have proficient verbal and written language skills with a strong ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
You should be a detail-oriented and an action-oriented individual who maintains composure while under pressure
You have a foundation of at least 1 year of experience in office administration or equivalent experience
A desire to put customer service first

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
