Summary: Receives and processes all donations made to the Foundation. Maintains fundraising database for all Foundation constituents. Manages acknowledgement system for contributions in accordance with generally accepted standard practices.Creates and provides reporting on donor/gift activity as required.
EDUCATION: High school diploma required. Associates degree a plus.
Experience: Minimum of three years experience with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge donor database required, preferably in a health care setting. Demonstrated high energy level and flexibility. Pleasant personality coupled with sound judgment, discretion and able to maintain confidential information.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent communication, computer and database skills .Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Must be a team player. Dedication, flexibility, attention to detail, confidentiality and ethical handling of information.Ability to multi-task, and a proven ability to meet goals are core requirements. Must be a team player, and have the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
