In this 1-year in-store train the trainer program, Retail Sales Training reps will teach value/benefits of a variety of flooring products, including Mohawk and 8 other merchants, to individuals and groups. Retail Sales Trainers will spread the Mohawk brand and make a significant impact on sales by effectively training store associates and by educating customers.
