Cost Accountant - Senior - Los Angeles, CA Area (9938)
Recognized world leader in industrial supply is seeking an experience senior cost accountant.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting /Finance; CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred
o 5
years of management accounting/cost accounting experience, specifically in manufacturing
o Experience with integrated ERP required, knowledge of Oracle, Baan and Hyperion is desirable
o Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX regulations
o Project management capabilities with interest in complex product structures, strong analytical skills
o Extensive Excel and Access knowledge
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Identify and implement best practices to ensure completeness and control
o System/process development and innovation
o Provide insight and transparency into operational activity and resultsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
